Niall Horan's Flicker concert is probably one of my absolute favorite concerts that I have ever been to. The atmosphere was incredible! On July 30th, 2018 I saw Niall Horan at the USANA Amphitheater, and even though I didn't have very good seats, it was still incredible. This concert was actually my 2017 Christmas present so it felt like I had been waiting forever for the concert date to come. Niall is the only member of One Direction that I have seen perform, but I do have tickets to see Louis Tomlinson in Salt Lake City when his tour hopefully gets rescheduled!

Niall sounded so amazing live. His vocals were on point! His songs were definitely made to be sung in an amphitheater. Niall genuinely loves performing, and you can feel his energy radiating into the audience. He has a blast on stage, and that made his performance even better. At one point Niall started talking about performing there in Utah and said,
"This is exactly what I envisioned playing my lyrics to people would look like, you know. I'm sitting at home, I'm in studios, I'm spending hours and hours recording and writing an album, and then I have it in my head that I would be standing here in amphitheaters full of people with mountains in the background and the sun setting. So, thank you for making that one come true!"
It was really an incredible feeling to be in that audience and to be part of his "dream." You can watch the video of Niall saying that here. Also, Niall ended up singing some One Direction songs, which made every girl in the audience absolutely freak! He sang "Drag Me Down" and "Fools Gold." He sang every song from his Flicker album as well, including "Finally Free" which, at the time, was just released for the movie "Small Foot."
Below are the pictures that Niall posted on his Instagram from the concert.
I almost forgot, Marren Morris opened up for Niall! She was pretty good as well. She was a little bit pitchy, but that is kind of expected when artists perform live. At the time of the concert, no one really knew who she was until she sang "The Middle," which everyone knows because it's constantly being played on the radio.
Overall, I would definitely recommend seeing Niall Horan in concert. His concert was a dream, and he performed sooooo well! I may be a bit biased though, since he is my favorite member of One Direction, I would love to see him perform live again. Unfortunately, I don't think we will have a Heartbreak Weather tour with the pandemic, but based on his recent Instagram stories, it looks like NH3 is in the works instead!
